6.4 x 8.4 Antique Luri “Eye Dazzler” Rug, South Persia, Circa 1880
A dramatic antique “Eye Dazzler” rug woven by the Luri tribe in south Persia. This rug is of unusually large size for a tribal, and perhaps nomadic, rug. The polychromatic border is especially beautiful.
This rug is large enough to fill out a good size foyer or even serve as the main rug in a small room.
