11’9″ x 17’4″ Antique Heriz “Serapi” Carpet, Northwest Persia, Circa 1900
This over size antique Heriz Serapi carpet from northwest Persia features an uncommon yellow-green medallion with sky blue and coral highlights on a deep salmon color field. Sly blue pendants and stylized floral elements decorate the field which is framed by ivory corner spandrels and a navy blue border.
