3 x 10.2 Vintage Serab Runner, Northwest Persia, Circa 1930
A northwest Persian runner from the village of Serab, with the characteristic light camel color field that, in this case, is decorated with two mid blue medallions and two terra cotta color medallions. An ivory major border and a Reciprocal Trefoil outer guard border frame the field. The sparse decoration is a nice aspect of this rug. Serab rugs tend to be durable and, with proper care, suited for high traffic areas.

A moderately priced runner that should be durable, with proper care, even in a higher traffic area.
