8.2 x 12.5 Antique Bidjar Carpet, Northwest Persia, Kurdistan Province. Circa 1910
An antique Bidjar carpet with a mid blue medallion with Anchor pendants on a red field that is decorated with an uncommon stylized floral design. Navy blue corner spandrels with coral and sky blue highlights and camel color guard borders with a navy blue Turtle design major border frame the field.
