An outstanding contemporary Bidjar runner rug with a version of the classic Bid Majnun design of Cypress and Willow trees on a navy blue field. The brick red border features one of the most sophisticated and beautiful design formats seen in Bidjar rugs. One only rarely sees this format in antique Bidjars.
The runner has a beautiful array of natural dye colors, is finely woven and has great wool quality.
